The Organ Mountains near Las Cruces, New Mexico, catch the last light of the late afternoon sun before it drops behind another mountain range.

. . . they don’t call this state the “Land of Enchantment” for nothing!

Remember the pre-digital, pre-color days of film?  Sometimes I miss the mystery hidden in those gentle monochromatic tones and have a bit of fun making my current photos look like the ones I could have taken with a Kodak Brownie!

Technology is so much fun, but it’s also good to remember from whence we came, and be grateful for the trailblazers of the past.
